ICTV is an AI-powered financial content platform that delivers market data, expert insights, and personalized video commentary—helping users cut through the noise, stay informed, and make smarter decisions—all in one seamless experience.

Subscribers receive curated AI-generated newsletters, market summaries, and investment tips for a monthly or annual subscription fee. While ICTV also aggregates and offers access to public domain third-party video content—including news clips from external sources—no fees are charged for that video content. As a complimentary benefit of being a subscriber to ICTV, you gain access to our curated collection of free personalized video commentary and news. Access to these free videos is granted only to users who sign up for our AI-powered market summaries, updates, and tips.

To Become a User

To become a user (“Subscriber”), you will be required to register a valid email address, a username, and your first and last name. We charge a subscription fee to become a Subscriber in order to share AI-generated market summaries, updates, and tips. As a complimentary benefit of being a subscriber, you will also gain access to our curated collection of free personalized video commentary and news. Please note: You are not being charged for access to any video content.

The Agreement

3. Jurisdiction: Legal disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts of Cook County, Illinois.
4. Arbitration: Disputes will first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois. IP claims may be excluded.
5. Assignment: You may not assign your rights. We may assign this Agreement.
6. Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
7. No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement.
8. Headings: Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
9. No Agency: No joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship is created.
10. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
11. Electronic Communications: You agree to receive notices and communications electronically.
